Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you ("you") and FOP Shevchyk Yurii Kostiantynovych (Individual Entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, Tax ID / РНОКПП 3649208513), the operator of post-mate.com ("post mate", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@post-mate.com.

1. The service

post mate is a SaaS dashboard that helps you schedule and cross-post content to third-party social networks (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, and others we may add). We act as a relay: your content travels through us to the networks via their official APIs. We have no editorial control over what you post.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use post mate if a court or platform has barred you from social-network access.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for every action taken with your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@post-mate.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One account per person. Don't share logins.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use post mate to:

  • Send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or run inauthentic engagement.
  • Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes someone's rights.
  • Evade the rate limits, anti-spam, or community rules of any connected network.
  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Use the service to compete with us by copying its functionality.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice and without refund. Each connected network also has its own rules — you must follow those independently.

5. Your content

You keep every copyright and IP right in the content you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that content solely so we can deliver the service (e.g., store your draft, push it to Instagram on your behalf, show you the preview). This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

6. Third-party platforms

Each social network you connect has its own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Community Guidelines, etc.). You are responsible for complying with them. We may pause an integration without notice if a platform changes its API terms in a way that requires it.

7. Billing

  • Subscriptions are processed by Paddleas Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms apply to the transaction itself.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • 7-day refund window: if you cancel within 7 days of a charge, write to support@post-mate.com and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable.
  • Prices may change. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before any price increase.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger Zone). We may terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, abuse, chargebacks, or if a platform demands it. Upon termination we delete your data per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

post mate is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during the early-access period. Scheduled posts may fail if a network is down, rate-limits us, or changes its API.

10. Disclaimer + limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, post mate disclaims all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm caused by a third-party network.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. For material changes we will email active users at least 14 days in advance. The latest version is always at post-mate.com/legal/terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that we cannot resolve informally will go to the competent courts of Ukraine, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
