Cross-posting

One post. Every network.

Stop pasting the same caption into nine apps. Hook up your accounts once, write your post in our editor, pick the networks it should land on, and hit publish. Text, photos, carousels, video — they all run through the same flow.

Scheduling

Plan a week in fifteen minutes.

Drop your posts onto a calendar, tweak the caption per network if you need to, and walk away. We publish on time, retry if a network hiccups, and ping you if anything needs a second look.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why pick post mate over Buffer or Hootsuite?

Buffer, Hootsuite, and Sprout were built for marketing departments. They charge $75–$200 a month for analytics dashboards, approval workflows, and team seats most solo creators will never touch.

post mate skips all of that and only does the part you actually need: connect your accounts, draft a post, ship it everywhere. We're a fraction of the price because we're a fraction of the surface area — by design.

Which networks can I post to?

Right now: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (incl. Shorts), LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, X (Twitter), Facebook, Pinterest, Telegram channels, Discord channels, Reddit (any subreddit you can post in), and Vimeo (paid plan required for upload).

How many social accounts can I connect?

Creator gives you 15 connected accounts. Pro lifts that to unlimited. Either plan lets you stack multiple accounts per network — five TikTok handles all count toward the cap on Creator, or just keep going on Pro. See plans →

What counts as one connected account?

Each profile you authenticate through OAuth. Your Instagram is one account; your second Instagram (yes, that one) is a separate account. Connect as many of the same network as your plan allows.

Can I post to several accounts on the same network?

Yep. Both plans support multiple connections per network. When you create a post you pick exactly which of your connected accounts it should land on.

Is there a posting limit?

Paid plans are unlimited. The trial gives you 5 posts to try things out. We don't count cross-posts against you on our side — sending one post to four networks is one post here, even though it's four publish jobs against the platforms' own rate limits.

What kinds of posts are supported?

Text-only updates, single images, photo carousels, videos, and reels/shorts. Per-network tweaks (TikTok privacy, YouTube title, Instagram alt text, and so on) live inside the post editor — set them once and we apply them on publish.

Does posting via post mate hurt my reach?

No. Every connection runs through the platform's official API, which means your post is treated identically to one made from the native app. No third-party watermark, no engagement penalty, no shadow ban — the algorithm sees a post the same way it always has.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Settings → Billing, one click, done. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No annual lock-in, no cancellation form, no email-us-please dance.

Can I get a refund?

Within 7 days of a charge, drop us a line at support@post-mate.com and we'll send the money back. After 7 days we don't refund partial-period usage — just cancel and you'll keep what you already paid for.

Do I have to give you my social media passwords?

Never. Every connection runs through the official OAuth flow on the network's own login page — your password is typed into Instagram, not into us. The only exception is Bluesky, which uses app passwords: you generate a revokable token in your Bluesky settings and paste it here. Either way, your real password stays with the network.

I have another question — how do I reach you?

Email support@post-mate.com — usually a same-day reply. If it's a bug, screenshots and the URL of the page help.

Ready to get started?

14-day trial. We don't charge until day 14 and you can cancel in one click — if it's not for you, just close the tab.
