Refund Policy

post mate is a subscription SaaS. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required, so you can fully evaluate the product before any payment is taken. This policy explains when we issue refunds after a payment has been charged.

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). All refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade from trial to a paid plan and decide post mate isn't for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge — no questions asked. This covers both monthly and yearly plans.

2. Annual plans

After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then downgrades to Free with no further charge.

3. Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for each month. After the 14-day window, partial-month refunds are not issued. Cancel anytime to stop the next charge; you keep access for the rest of the paid month.

4. Service interruptions

If a confirmed service outage on our side prevents you from using post mate for an extended period, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected period on a case-by-case basis. Outages on the connected social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, X, Facebook) are outside our control and are not refundable.

5. Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a chargeback with your card issuer — we resolve refund requests within two business days and prefer a direct refund to a dispute. Accounts with an open chargeback are paused until the dispute is resolved.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@post-mate.com from the address on your post mate account. Include:

  • The Paddle invoice number (or charge date and amount).
  • A short note on the reason (helps us improve — optional).

We confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within three business days. The funds typically land back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance. The version in force at the time of your charge is the one that applies to that charge.
